Randolph Blue Wave Instructors Master Tom Chase (left) and Master Peter Chase (right) began training Taekwondo under Blue Wave founder Master Bruce V. Twing in 1983 in Randolph, VT. The current dojang is located right next door to the original location.

In honor of Grand Master Bruce Twing, who passed away in 1999, a Bruce V. Twing Juniors Memorial Tournament has been hosted by Randolph Blue Wave since 2000.

Master Tom Chase and Master Peter Chase are the founders and directors of the annual Blue Wave Juniors tournament and significant contributors to the Association's annual Summer Camp. Master Tom Chase acts as the Blue Wave black belt member's records keeper and is active in refereeing and judging on a national level.

The Randolph Blue Wave gym offers a sport the whole family can participate in together. "Almost every member of the class has a family member training with them," Master Tom Chase said. Master Tom Chase trains with his father, Master Peter Chase, and daughter, Jennifer Chase, making Randolph Blue Wave a three generation Black Belt Dojang.
