Blue Wave Executive Board

The Blue Wave Association is very unique in the Taekwondo world. Grandmaster Twing created the association with a board of directors, made up of all Blue Wave black belts. Important issues are brought up at bi-annual black belt meetings discussed and voted on. Some issues are passed on to the executive board for final decisions.
